Tommy, Cooper, Charlie, Dale, Rebecca, Angela, and the directory guides are fictional AI interfaces created by Mineral Rights Xchange. They are not human employees, actors, attorneys, accountants, engineers, geologists, landmen, appraisers, or title professionals.

Educational information

Website and chat content is general educational information. It is not a certified appraisal, title opinion, reserve certification, or individualized professional conclusion. Important decisions may require an attorney, tax professional, title professional, engineer, geologist, or other qualified person in the applicable jurisdiction.

Sources and limitations

MRX aims to connect factual explanations to reviewed MRX material or authoritative public sources. Sources can be incomplete, delayed, or changed. Users should verify material facts and correct any owner information recorded in their account.

Private accounts and documents

Users are responsible for keeping sign-in links secure and uploading only files they are authorized to share. Private documents are scanned, access-controlled, and excluded from public content. Account holders can delete files or their account.

Appointments and communications

Booking a requested phone call does not require consent to marketing texts. Transactional email, text, and call choices are stored separately from optional marketing choices. Users can change communication preferences or use applicable opt-out instructions.
