MRX records requested email updates, requested SMS updates, human appointment calls, AI-generated voice updates, and optional marketing SMS choices separately. Declining any channel does not prevent you from asking Travis for website help.

Text messages

Reply STOP to an MRX text to opt out of that text program. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

Email, human calls, and AI voice

AI-generated voice permission is limited to mineral-rights case updates you requested. It is optional, requires a verified phone number, and can be revoked at any time. AI voice delivery remains disabled until MRX completes opt-out, recording-policy, and legal review. A requested human appointment call may still occur unless the appointment is cancelled.
