MRX records email, appointment-text, optional marketing-text, and requested-call choices separately. Marketing text permission is optional and is not required to ask Tommy or book a phone call.

Text messages

Reply STOP to an MRX text to opt out of that text program. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

Email and calls

Use the unsubscribe link in an MRX marketing email, update your preference during a conversation, or email [email protected]. A requested appointment call may still occur unless the appointment is cancelled.

Sign in to your private MRX account or contact MRX to request a copy or correction of a permission record.
